KineticAgreeing to these terms
kineticpride.com (Kinetic Pride, we, us) offers free online games. These terms set out the rules for anyone who visits the site or plays on it. Using the site means you accept them; if you'd rather not, please leave the site.
Questions about these terms can go to [email protected] or through the contact page.
Entertainment, with no money involved
Every game on Kinetic Pride is played purely for fun.
- No real money is staked, won or lost anywhere on the site.
- There is no shop. You will never be asked to pay for coins, levels or anything else.
- Coins, XP and levels are virtual. They hold no cash value and can't be bought, sold, gifted, withdrawn or swapped for money, prizes or goods.
- Doing well in a free game is no guide to how you would do in real-money gambling.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old. We ask you to confirm this when you arrive and again if you sign up. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 will be closed.
Accounts
An account is optional. Every game can be played as a guest. Signing up adds a coin balance, XP, levels and a list of the games you've played recently.
- One account per person, with accurate details and a password only you know.
- You can register with email and password, or with Google.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, email [email protected] straight away.
- You can close your account at any time from My account.
Coins, XP and levels
A new account starts with 50,000 coins. Once every 24 hours a signed-in player can claim a free daily top-up, and XP is added for opening games. Your level comes from your total XP.
We may adjust coin amounts, bonuses, XP rules or levels at any time, for instance to correct an error or keep play fair. Balances and levels are not your property and are lost if an account is closed.
Playing fair
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automation to play or claim bonuses;
- try to access areas of the site or server that aren't meant for you;
- open more than one account, or share an account with someone else;
- choose a username that is offensive or pretends to be someone else;
- copy, re-host or sell our games or content.
Breaking these rules can lead to an account being suspended or closed.
The games
All games on the site are our own and run from our own server. We aim to keep them available and working well, but can't guarantee they will never be interrupted or contain errors. Results come from the game software and exist only for entertainment.
Ownership
The site, the games, their artwork and text, and the Kinetic Pride name belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them only for your own personal, non-commercial play.
Limits on our responsibility
The site is free and provided as it is. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited under applicable law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Because the site is free and offers no prizes, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual coins, XP or levels.
Updates and closure
We may change these terms; the date at the top always shows the latest version. We may pause or close the site, or an individual account, at any time. You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you choose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. You may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
