Cookies policy
One essential cookie, two bits of browser storage, nothing for advertising.
Cookies in brief
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (such as local storage) works in a similar way. This page covers both.
Exactly what we set
| Name | Kind | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| kp_sid | Strictly necessary cookie | Keeps you signed in. It holds only a random session ID, can't be read by page scripts and is only ever sent to our server. | Until you sign out or close the browser |
| kp_age_ok | Local storage | Remembers that you confirmed you're 18 or over, so you aren't asked on every page. | Until you clear it |
| kp_cookie | Local storage | Remembers what you chose on the cookie notice. | Until you clear it |
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
Cookies from others
If you use Continue with Google, Google may set its own cookies to complete the sign-in, under Google's own policy. Our games run from our own server and carry no third-party adverts.
Your controls
Strictly necessary cookies don't need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), but you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. Without kp_sid you won't stay signed in, though every game still works as a guest.
